Bayanat connects through local partner carriers (not a single global tower). Each plan lists Supported Carriers in the app. Use that list to know who you should see under Network Selection, and to pick a stronger partner if Automatic mode underperforms.
Before you start
- Bayanat app with your plan or destination open.
- Optional: eSIM already installed if you want to match names on the phone.
- Country / plan selected for the trip you care about (local vs regional).
From an active eSIM
Open Bayanat → My eSIMs → tap your plan → look for Carriers or Supported Carriers. You will see partner network names for the countries covered by that plan.
Before buying — destination page in the app
Browse Destinations / Shop → open a country or regional plan → open plan details. Supported Carriers (and coverage notes) appear before checkout so you know which networks are included.
Match carriers on your phone
When you manually select a network (see Switch between SIMs and carriers), prefer names that appear in Supported Carriers. Other networks may show in the phone list but will not authenticate on your Bayanat plan.
Website destinations
Country pages on bayanat.app describe coverage and starting prices. For the live carrier list for your exact SKU, the app plan details remain authoritative because inventory can vary by plan type.
After install
- No bars on Automatic? Try manual selection using a carrier from the supported list.
- Still offline on a supported carrier? Enable Data Roaming on the Bayanat line and confirm the plan covers this country.
Quick answers
Why do I see carriers that are not on the list?
Phones list every network in range. Only Supported Carriers for your Bayanat plan will give you data. Stick to names from the app.
Regional plans — multiple countries?
Yes. Open the plan details: carriers are often grouped by country. Switch networks when you cross borders if Automatic does not pick up quickly.
