Your Bayanat eSIM profile can be reused. Top-ups and many new plans attach to the same profile so you do not scan a second QR.
Before you start
- Bayanat app signed in on the same account that owns the eSIM.
- Payment method ready (card via Stripe).
- Know whether you need more GB, more unlimited days, or a new country.
Open your eSIM in the app
Launch Bayanat → eSIMs (or My eSIMs) → select the active line you want to extend.
Choose Top up or a new plan
Tap Top up to add data or days when offered for that plan. Or browse Destinations / Shop to buy another country or plan type.
Pay and wait for refresh
Confirm checkout. The app refreshes balance or validity — usually within seconds. Pull to refresh on the eSIM details if the new amount does not show yet.
New country on the same phone
Buying a new destination often reuses the profile. If the app shows Install again, follow the iPhone or Android install guide with the new QR.
After install
- Check Data remaining / validity on the eSIM details screen.
- Unused plans may be refundable per Terms — see Refunds if you never activated.

Do I need a new QR every top-up?
Usually no. Top-ups attach to the existing profile. Only install again if the app explicitly asks you to.
